A directory of electric ukuleles, kept by someone who has collected them for decades and got tired of not being able to find them.
What is here
70 instruments from 25 makers: solid-body electrics, semi-hollows, acoustic-electrics with a built-in pickup, bass ukuleles, and the 6-, 8- and more-string oddities. Each record restates the maker's own specification page in plain words and says when that page was read. If a fact was not on the page, the record says so instead of guessing. Prices are the figure seen on that day and will have moved.
Who keeps it
One collector, with help from software that reads the makers' pages and keeps the sources straight. The collection page and the notes are the owner's own words; the catalogue pages are documentation.
Add an instrument, or fix one
Email hello@ukulele.baby with the maker's product page. Small builders are especially welcome: if you make electric ukuleles and your instruments are not here, send the page and they will be. Makers and shops are listed on their merits; nobody pays to be listed.
Money
The site costs money to run and may earn some back through affiliate links to shops or makers, or through ads. Today there are none. When an affiliate link appears it will be marked as one, and it will never change which instruments are listed or what the record says.
